Goal: New employees at DESY gain a comprehensive insight into DESY’s tasks, its structure and infrastructure as well as an overview of relevant services and committees. It is also a great way to get to know other new colleagues. The Welcome Day helps new colleagues settle in, and prepares them for the challenges of everyday life at DESY.
