Goal: All DESY employees can – if needed – receive support in identifying and selecting suitable qualification and development measures for their individual situation.

Method: Individual clarification and discussion of the development needs of employees and/or groups/departments. This also includes the explanation of formal criteria such as collective agreements, cost absorption and approval regulations.

Process: If a qualification need or request is identified, interested parties should reach out to the contact persons in HR development (PE) and/or the training department (EDU). Once the qualification goal has been clarified, other parties may be consulted if necessary.
