Network meeting for women in leadership positions at DESY.
We are pleased to announce that for our meeting on December 10, 2021, we have been able to win Dr. Josephine Hofmann, Head of the Collaboration and Leadership Team at the Fraunhofer Institute, to join us virtually for this network meeting. She conducts research on the topic of leadership concepts and flexible forms of work and gave a presentation on the topic of "New hybrid, mobile work models " and the associated leadership requirements. A topic that is very relevant for all of us at the moment. After the approximately half-hour presentation, we were able to engage in an exchange with her and later discuss in break-out rooms in small groups.
A next meeting is planned for May 2022. We hope it will be possible to meet again in person.
