DESY offers two mentoring programs which address two different target groups.

The mentoring program dynaMENT (Mentoring for Women in Natural Sciences) is a joint project of DESY and the University of Hamburg to promote outstanding female scientists.

Target group

• Female doctoral and postdoctoral candidates are supported in their career development by experienced mentors over a period of one year
   
• Female junior researchers (postdoctoral researchers, junior research group leaders and junior professors) have the opportunity to participate in a newly established two-year mentoring program
